As International Land Alliance’s main objective is to sell its residential and commercial
properties to its target customers such as homebuyers, retirees, investors, and commercial
developers, the company has to promote its existing real estate projects on social media and
other similar platforms. It would galvanize qualified leads and real-time customers to invest in
its projects. Next, the company wanted to create demand for its shares in the stock market for
greater investments in development and expansion of its existing projects. As there was no
considerable buying demand for its shares, the trading volume was very low.
Problem Identification & Methodology
International Land Alliance was not a challenge but there was considerable competition for us
to create a dedicated clientele for its existing real estate residential and commercial projects.
Next, it had to create a demand for its shares for potential investment for its further expansion
plans. On one hand we had to promote its residential and commercial housing projects to its
customers, particularly in social media.
On the other hand, we had to attract potential investors to buy its shares. So there was a multi-
pronged approach necessary. Our stock promotion and social media team discussed the various
aspects of it and formulated a plan for this. Then, the proposed plan was thoroughly checked by
our CEO, and submitted the plan to the company for approval.
