Problem Statement
Despite having clean energy solutions and a robust portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
solutions, the company’s growth was not being reflected in the stock market. The company had
very low trading volume with high selling demand which led to a decline in share prices. When
clean energy & renewable energy solutions and SaaS IT solutions grew worldwide, the
company’s growth was stagnant for a long time. The company was unable to find prospective
investors who could invest in this company for the long-term.
Problem Identification & Methodology
Both the mineral mining industry and IT and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions market were
on up-trend worldwide whereas Infinity Stone Ventures Corp. was not coming to a growth path
in the stock market. Though the company’s financial fundamentals were strong, that was not
enough to drive growth in the stock market.
Our team at Global Consultant analyzed the situation thoroughly and found that the company
needs stock promotion activities. Its long-term growth story and prospects should be
communicated to potential investors so that it will create a positive investor sentiment in the
stock market. Next, there was a need for a strong online campaign, particularly a social media
campaign to derive attention. We formulated a detailed IR strategy plan that would be
implemented. Later the plan was approved by the company.
Solutions Implemented
In many ways, it was an important project for us and required sustained & intelligent effort
from our IR team that delivered results for the company. Our team sat and discussed various
aspects of the stock promotion campaign to be executed so that its trading volume would
increase. In the first part, we started social media promotion for its shares and prospects. Then,
a paid AD campaign was launched on different social media platforms and Google to drive
qualified leads and create attention in the stock market. Press Releases and Reddit posts were
done to bring visibility to its stocks. Other IR activities like chat room management, email
blasting, and Investor Retargeting were done. The prospective investors and HNIs were directly
communicated.
Results & Outcomes
After a considerable IR effort, the share price began to stabilize as there was previously high
volatility. It created a positive sentiment for the company’s shares in the stock market. More
and more non-risk taker investors took interest in investment in its low-priced shares for long
term gain. There was a decent increase in trading volume.
